"Lina Point was simply amazing. David made life so much easier. The rum punch was the best on the island! We had the honeymoon bungalow that was absolutely breathtaking taking. Being able to watch the sunset & sunrise was the highlight of our trip. It is close to everything. 10min to town, 20-25 to secret beach. We felt all of the hospitality. Would definitely stay again. "We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing. "

"The hotel is well situated, affordable, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Overall the stay was pleasant and I will likely be returning. The place does need some tender love and care but you can tell it would have been a true gem back in it's day. The beds are worn and need updating, the rooms are clean but could use some touching up, and some of the appliances and hardware are pretty outdated. The breakfast is mediocre, omelets are decent, however the rest is just very simple and lacks things like bacon, sausages, however when they have fry jacks it's nice. The staff really makes the place with their very helpfil and pleasant attitude."
