"Very conveniently located across from the train station and local metro trains and buses. Staff was welcoming. Rooms was roomy and clean. Televisions are not ‘smart’, can’t stream. Cleaning staff was not through for daily cleanings, left dirty glasses and didn’t refill hand wash."

"Hersey mukemmeldi lokasyon oda kahvalti hotel ekibi muhtesemdi, ozellikle aile isletmesinin sicakligi bir ayricalikti 👌"

"Wir waren eine Nacht beruflich im Basel. Der Empfang ist freundlich, die Zimmer sehr gross und wir schätzen es sehr, wenn es noch eine Badewanne gibt. Die Betten sind für leichte Menschen ein wenig hart und man kann leider nicht ganz verdunkeln. Das nächste Mal würden wir ein Zimmer zur Rückseite wünschen. Am Wochenende ist doch Nachts einiges los vor der Türe und da helfen die Schallschutzfenster nur bedingt. Aber grundsätzlich ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel"

"Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. Thank you so much!"
