Cari Hotel di Basel-Stadt

"Great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend."

"Todo espectacular, el edificio, la decoración, el presonal con una gran sonrisa dispuestos a ayudar, el wellness cebter, el rooftop, el gimnasio, la comoda del bar Boehmia, la ubicación, el minibar De verdad gran gran hotel"

"Le fait d'avoir une piscine et un bar dans les lieux, un personnel agréable...J'ai regretté l'absence de peignoir dans la chambre et le tel de room service qui ne fonctionnait pas."

"Everything about the hotel was great. One bus stop from the train station, short walk to old town city center. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room. Would definitely come again."

"We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"I really liked the view overlooking the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom did however flood after taking a shower. Perhaps changing the seals under the shower door as an idea."

"It’s one of the best 4-star options. Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff (Dhoka) and front desk! They allowed me to keep my room when I travelled for 1 day. Sauna/Spa is cozy and just perfect. Rooms are clean and well organized. Close to train station and 10 minutes walk (5 min train ride) to the old center."

"Gr eat location. Super clean"

"They claimed to be an air-conditioned hotel but our AC did not work and several other guests that I spoke to also had non-functioning air conditioning. We stayed for three nights because the conference was nearby and there was no effort to repair any of the guests' units. It felt like this is their scheme. Charge for AC rooms but only apologize when they don't work. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC, they ignored the request."

"Overall clean nice hotel."

"It's an old but updated place, however pricey. The old lingers. But if it's downtown you want, walking distance to everything, then it's good. Staff was helpful. If you have big bags, front entrance is a challenge, maybe the back."

"The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and our...

"Although the room was small it was perfect for me, clean, comfortable and more importantly, the location was quite central."

"I’ve already mentioned the lift not working and the decor being window dressing for a very poor refurb on an OLD hotel. The other thing was the hotel was slow to respond to messaging and everything was only written in German. Even their online check-in I struggled to do in English and guessed the inputs because the translation toggle on their website didn’t work fully. The Cafe Spitz looks beautiful. The hotel is very questionable and i wouldn’t return or recommend."

"Location was walkable to and from train station. We didn't spend much time in the area, was a stop over for us, but looked like the property was in a good location for access to city sights and restaurant options. Check in and out were easy using the instructions provided by the host."

"Great!"
