"Extremely clean rooms...nice showers with a comfortable bed."

"The clean room, the politeness of the staff I loved everything about the Rembrandt. In fact I stay there every time I’m in BANGKOK breakfast was incredible."

"The location is perfect, close to everything you need. A big plus is that it’s just steps away from the BTS, making it very easy and convenient to get around Bangkok. The area is ideal for adults, with plenty of restaurants, bars, nightlife, and entertainment options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
