"The room was very clean, had plenty of space and storage. it was nice having a kitchen in the room, however their was only 1 plate and 1 set of cutlery initially. the staff has limited english but they try their best and are very friendly. the lounge was always empty so it was nice to go their for breakfast and afternoon coffee. "

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Amenities. Buffet area was great. Large selection of food. Tons of seating. The rooftop bar had amazing views of Thailand. The drinks were amazing. Staff was super attentive and quick to fix any issues. The hotel was also super close to malls and the BTS."

"Very clean, have stayed there before. Unfortunately I left a pair of sunglasses in the case in the room. I know exactly where they were. It was my mistake by not checking the room properly. But after sending an email within the hour of leaving, the reply I received stated that they were not in the room. So it's my conclusion that, whoever checked my room will now be in possession of a very good pair of sunglasses. Enjoy them, because you won't get the chance again. "
