"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Anvaya is an excellent choice for staying in the heart of downtown Kuta. The back of the hotel is on the beach, front of the hotel is on the downtown sidewalk. There are 3 malls within walking distance. There is a grocery store located in Lippo mall, just two blocks of the hotel. The downtown area lights up with music at various bars and eateries. There are two restaurants at Anvaya, Sands being my favorite to eat at. There are 3 pools with plenty of chairs to accommodate many guests. Room...
