"I booked the room. I was very happy with the photos of the room and the price. On arrival the superior room they gave me was horrible, it was tiny. I went reception, showed the photos and he told me the two did not tally. But he upgraded us to the Executive room which was the photos shown. The room was lovely. Amazing size and very comfortable. "Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for choice in a hotel (as a vegan) Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely look to return. "
