"Central location, big modern hotel. A staff member explicitly told us the pool closed at 1030 and when I brought my kid to swim we were told quite rudely that the pool closed at 6. The rooftop becomes a bar and restaurant after 6 and that is open until 1030. Just miscommunications but not handled with warmth or apologetically. Meanwhile, the sea was too rough to swim in (so it was not a substitute for the pool at that moment) and the rude staff in fact denied that the red flag meant that the...
