"Pretty good location, almost anywhere I'd want to go in Nice was little more than a 30 minute walk away, with lots of good public transport for most others. Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster.
I can't speak for the "student" aspect of the hotel as I used it just as a room for a few nights and never went to communal areas. But the room was clean with a good view and...

"My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED staying here. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the kitchen was perfect. Simon was extremely helpful and kind and made us feel right at home! I can’t recommend this place enough! "
