"The deluxe king room was great. However, be aware that the Mountain View balcony in the description picture does not necessarily look out onto the mountains. There are inner rooms that face other balconies maybe 20 ft away. Imagine my surprise when I opened the curtains to see a wall of other balconies facing mine. "This is an amazing property in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Parking onsite is in an underground garage, accessible by elevator or stairs. The front desk staff at Moose Lodge arranged a tour to Lake Louise and the Lake Louise Ski area summer gondola. The vouchers were accepted with no problems. If you go to Lake Louise, be sure to pack a lunch or buy from the ski area Restaurant, as there are no food or drink vendors at Lake Louise. "Very nice place to stay. Easy in and out. Parking spaces are a little narrow for me. Our room had no light over the beds which was inconvenient and the toilet paper holder was so close to the toilet, had to lean forward so as not to bonk the back of your arm on. Enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor hot tub. "
