"The room was clean, staff was helpful. There was a great breakfast buffet with fresh food and good variety. We did not use other amenities so cannot comment on these. We arrived early and were allowed an early check in."

"Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the bus just steps off the hotel.
The hotel provides you with buss passes if needed. The hot tub and fire is great. We went end of April so it was not packed which was nice however most of the lakes were still frozen. Still Banff was magical.
The room are kind of small but everything is so well kept. The shampoo and soap provided are from the Rocky Mountain brand which smells amazing and...
