The tea/coffee of your choice welcome bag was a thoughtful and appreciated touch too. Room was very spacious. Mountain view amazing! Great location - within reach of downtown but slightly quieter area. The hotel provides free local bus passes which were invaluable. Not sure I would change a thing to be honest!"

"Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the bus just steps off the hotel. The hotel provides you with buss passes if needed. The hot tub and fire is great. We went end of April so it was not packed which was nice however most of the lakes were still frozen. Still Banff was magical. "The water was shut off in the afternoon during my stay, during a time where I needed to shower and get myself ready for my evening out. I had to book a hair appointment at a salon instead just to get my hair washed. So it was quite inconvenient. Had I known in advance, I’d have stayed somewhere else. However, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is amazing."
