"​Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked a 4-day stay for a family Easter trip and it was a disaster from the start. ​Highlights of the nightmare: ​No Room at Check-in: Despite a confirmed booking for two queen beds, we were told no rooms were available. We were forced into a filthy, single-bed room where my daughter had to sleep on a small, uncomfortable decorative couch. ​Unsanitary Conditions: The floors were sticky from spills and the room wasn’t even stocked with basic toiletries like toilet paper. ​The Runaround: We spent two days being told "just a few more hours" for our actual room. This lack of organization made us late for family holiday plans multiple times. We didn't get the correct room until our final night. ​Management Dishonesty: The Manager, Chelsey, explicitly promised a two-night refund for the massive inconvenience. However, when I followed up, she pretended the conversation never happened and repeatedly hung up on me. ​Verdict: Extremely unprofessional staff (except for Mike) and dishonest management. The hotel is poorly cleaned and they do not honor their commitments. Save your money and stay elsewhere."
