"We were in NY a couple of days to visit my daughter. Each time I approached the desk staff for anything, they just couldn’t care enough to actually address the problem. We were woken up by LOUD drilling. The answer? “I’ll pass on your concern to the manager”. Need a key, extend your stay, get water for the room, anything was really just more than they wanted to deal with (Bell guys were amazing).
