"A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. Want other type of pillows except feather pillows? Yeah no way, good luck getting any decent sleep. Rooms were filthy and full of dust, the young girl cleaning the room couldn’t care less, no separate lift for the housekeeper to drag all...

"The location of the hotel in Sablon is excellent for connections with tram and metro stations. It also has a good selection of restaurants in the area. The reception team was always helpful at check in and any queries we had during our stay. The room was excellent, clean of good size and high quality fittings. Breakfast was a buffet and always set us up for the day."

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."
