"There was only one elevator working the whole time we were there. The beach front was closed for 2 day for maintenance. The pools were nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the house keeping only came one day out of our stay and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. We bought our own soap because there was only one little bar between the shower and hand sink for 5 people. They were also painting the doors and emptying the kitchen grease trap, which stunk the whole pool area...
