" I’m not usually be one to leave bad reviews but this was just an “okay stay” due to house keeping. After the second day of having our house keeping sign up, no one ever came to clean/ give clean towels, and I had to go to the front office to get fresh towels and I had to take out our own trash. "When we arrived and checked in I was told the ocean front room we reserved and paid for was unavailable and was given a partial ocean view room with a small kitchenette. Not what I wanted since we were only there a few days. The room we had was a connecting room that had no insulation from the door, could hear everything from loud music, t.v's, talking.... at one point someone tried opening our door late at night. I should have went back down and insisted on another room but after a long travel...

"I was in the deluxe suite the door didn’t lock and we had to literally push so hard to open it. The last night we stayed we were locked out our room because I guess the door was dead. So we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it I will say they came pretty fast. All around staff was super nice and efficient. Even tho the door was broke and the room had a funky smell I might book there again. "

"Parking was great, location is awesome. And it is very clean. Very happy with my stay there. The coffee machine lacked some sort of filter so we couldn't use if, it was our last morning there so I didn't even ask staff maybe they would fix it (no phone in room to call them). But fir the price those are pretty acceptable things."

"I loved this hotel !! This will be our go to hotel for Myrtle Beach!! The room was very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, long hallway, and great view from living room and the balcony !!! Will definitely be back as soon as possible ! The customer service was also chefs kiss , quick response time also. Right through text messaging. Anything we needed was a text away. Room was fully equipped with kitchen supplies, washing machine and dryer also."

"Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort.
