When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. "We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff. The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back. "

"Really enjoyed my stay for a friends wedding. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Would like to recognise Ryan and Maddie who were fab. Nothing was too much for them. Venue was beautiful and clean. Many things to do, however didn’t visit them all on this trip. 10/10 would definitely and can’t wait to visit again. "
