"This is a whole house rental in a small estate. The house has parking outside could probably fit two cars. The area was incredibly quiet and it has a small enclosed garden. Inside there are two bedrooms, a double and twin, a bath with shower above and separate toilet. Downstairs, kitchen lounge dining room and there is absolutely everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. "Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"A beautifully appointed house, which was cosy and inviting. The accommodation served my purpose being conveniently located to explore the Yorkshire Coast from Flamborough Head to Redcar. I can fully recommend staying here, and there was easy communication with the owners - Anthony and Jane. There was a lovely welcoming array of goodies on the dining table, which was very thoughtful! "

"Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Stunning views from the rear of the property. Very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Pub just a few minutes walk away with good food. Otherwise quite remote but there are shops a short drive away. Perfect location for a countryside retreat."

"I found the place not so clean. From the dishes and cuttlery to the sheets and towels. Very disappointed. One bed's leg broken. They attended to fix the bed's leg but the dirty linnens on pillows and sheets were not changed. Blood patches and long body hairs on the bedsheet where children were sleeping. "

"What can we say. Entrance mat filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty handprint on the bathroom wall. Shower riser rusty, shower tiles mouldy. Didn't look like anywhere had been swept or vacuumed. Lack of somewhere to put drinks in the lounge. If there is more than 2 of you you will struggle to sit and eat or sit in the lounge together. Toilet seat very loose, dangerous. Neighbours Alexa plays music all night and alarms start going off from 5am. Management company say sorry but do nothing about it....
