"Front desk was not as friendly, room was too hot, no blankets in the room, the only nice ppl were the housekeepers, calling front desk was horrible because they never answered, I had to go down my self to talk to someone."

"We were pleasantly surprised to see the nicely remodeled rooms and the service here. The remodeling looks recent and the room looked really good even better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. Did not expect this from a hotel near the airport. The breakfast was quite decent too. Staff was very courteous and nice too. Definitely value for money "

"Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly but the room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to complain but she said that was the last double queen. Then she offered a floor fan so I can circulate the smoke out of the room which didn’t make any sense because the windows do not open. Needless to say I slept horribly and to make things worse my son had an asthma attack because of the smoke. I wish the hotel was more accommodating because I typically like staying at this hotel."
