"The staff was very helpful with early check in room was clean housekeeping where very attentive and the food was great!"

"Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly but the room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to complain but she said that was the last double queen. Then she offered a floor fan so I can circulate the smoke out of the room which didn’t make any sense because the windows do not open. Needless to say I slept horribly and to make things worse my son had an asthma attack because of the smoke. I wish the hotel was more accommodating because I typically like staying at this hotel."

"Hotel was great for location and price. The two girls fro morning staff attitudes could have been better being it’s a busier hotel and many people have needs so their irritation when questions were being asked or assistance needed was very disappointing. There is not enough parking so it took 30 mins before I was able to ask and get parking in no parking zone at hotel staff suggestions the $17 a night parking is unjustified and I would like a refund as I truly did not use the lot at no fault of my own. "

"Cleaning horrible. There was hair in tub they had to move me still horrible. I cleaned everything on my own. Pool out of order, gym out of order the whole point of vacation ruined. To top it off your breakfast was a doggy bag. Family’s with children do not come here. What a waste. Also outdated no tv streaming access slow WiFi. "

"Parking was easy and didnt need AC it not summer yet. Tv was going in and out cause of internet and had to mess around with tv to get volume sound would go in and out also"

"Airport shuttle was a total chaos. I ended up taking an Uber. "

"Breakfast was good. Lady working the tables was friendly and wiped our table for us and got water for my mother in law who was coughing "

"Great location, beside the Newark airport. Free shuttle to and from it. Also a nice location to stay, when you are going to catch a cruise."
