Breakfast & airport shuttle were really appreciated. Spacious clean room and very well equipped bathroom. The only negative point is the room itself situated under the "roof" and the lights inside aren't able to let you see enough.

One star downgrade because there was someone else's pubic hair in the shower. Also, the TV controller was too complicated to use, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted, so I had to unplug the whole unit. But the desk staff was super nice and helpful, and the property overall was very clean and well maintained. Good value for the money.

We tried to stay here on July 18. Our room was infested with bedbugs as soon as I pulled the covers back to reveal the mattress pad. There was also blood on the comforter. I told the front desk and they gave me another room and said they would let housekeeping know. The new room was equally infested. We left without staying there and they are trying to charge us 273.00 on top of what we paid Expedia. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. They are not answering the phone to resolve the issue with Expedia.

I booked two queen bed rooms but the hotel oversold and I had to end up with 1 king bed room. I booked because I have EV so thought of using car charging facility but I was informed only Valet guys can place the vehicle for charging and I have to pay $20 for it, whereas I had already paid for $30 for parking and by the way there is also NO clear instruction or information about valet only parking and paid parking prior to booking. One more thing is there are No Sign Boards for Confort Inn so very easy to miss…Thank You!

The rooms were nice but the walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper, this could impact you. The breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what you receive. The shuttle service from the airport to hotel is not reliable. We called 2xs and it never arrived. We took an uber. Overall rating 3/5.

We loved how clean and well maintained everything was the staff were great the only problem we had was that when it came to the breakfast we had paid for we weren't told we needed to get a voucher from the front desk before we could eat so had to go down and get that and go into my emails to find the email with the one showing we had paid for breakfast but other than that the place was great beds were comfy room was clean bathroom was clean and the rest of the place was as well would definitely stay again

Como llegue temprano, guardaron mi equipaje hasta que la habitación estuviera lista y al entregármelo faltaba mi mochila con ropa, dinero y joyas dentro. En el hotel no hicieron responsables y dicen que no se ve nada en el vídeo grabado por las cámaras de seguridad. Nunca hubiera esterado esto de esta cadena. Por otro lado, dicen que se incluye el traslado al aeropuerto pero no te recogen en el hotel sino que tienes que desplazarte con todo tu equipaje hasta una oficina a 300 metros
