Excellent location. Room was clean and quiet. Plenty of coffee pods and water. Big bathroom and shower, even a walk in closet. The staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good, especially the eggs.

This hotel’s location was walking distance to the Duomo, Accademia, Ufizzi among lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great menu. The toiletries were a bit short with tissue paper and their shampoo and body wash was the same bottle. Overall, loved my stay and will return! Recommended

Breakfast was outstanding. There was a very nice buffet, excellent hot selections from the kitchen, and excellent coffee selection which was not from a machine. Rooms were spacious and showers exceptionally nice.

I had no complaints about Hotel Centrale. It was well located yet quiet. The lobby was lovely and the breakfast was expansive and delicious. Had I not stayed at two smaller facilities earlier in my trip (where the hospitality was truly warm and personal), I might have rated this hotel more highly. It was just a more “corporate“ hotel experience. Staff was very professional and courteous - it just felt a bit more impersonal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The breakfast was great. There was so much variety. There was a continental style and you could order hot foods and specialty drinks which were all included with the room. The room was rather large for a European hotel room. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo so you walk out and have a beautiful view. I’d definitely stay here again!
