"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. "

"A wonderful property central to all the theaters, shopping, Times Square and subway stations. We especially liked Rick's Café which offered 24 hour coffee and snacks, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. We'll be back."

The breakfast has changed a little bit. in the past i can get more sandwiches but it seems now it is restricted to only one. More beverage options are provided though which is nice. It would be nice if two pairs of slippers can be offered by default. "

"We brought our 11 year old daughter to NYC to see Aladdin. The LUMA was about a block away and I had read all the great reviews so I booked it. If you're on the fence, just book it and here is why ... They are about a half a block from Bryant Park, and a few blocks from Times Square right in the heart of Broadway. Just close enough to all the fun stuff but not STUCK in the middle of it. The nice thing is they are on a street not as busy so the noise is reduced. I had read lots of reviews...
