"Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. Wein hab ich wegen der Hitze zu Pfingsten nicht konsumiert, die Karte sah aber sehr attraktiv aus."

"Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper...

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot...

"Slightly convenient location but rooms are definitely portrayed very different in the photos than reality. No good air flow, old fans provided that barely put out a puff of air, bathroom was musty and everything seemed worn down. The best was hard as a rock. Plenty of other nearby choices for stays that are actually cheaper/just as convenient."

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...

"This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining."

"Good room. Never saw the owner. A handy person let me and gave me the keys. Had a nice room and separate bathroom (very old school B&B). The house is under renovation but it didn't impact my stay at all. I'd stay again. Very close to everything. Couldn't say about parking as I used the metro. "Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. "The hotel was fine and good value for money"

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...
