"A great apartment hotel in Melbourne. Will definitely stay here again. Booked a premium one bedroom apartment and asked for a high floor. Was given the top floor. The front desk staff were excellent. Great communication and very welcoming. A little road noise from outside, but to be expected in the heart of a city. Bathrooms were outdated but exceptionally clean nevertheless. Comfortable bed with premium linens. Could do with higher quality towels."

Staff were warm and welcoming, great communication from the initial booking through to check-out. Excellent proximity to Her Majesty's Theatre if seeing a show there, which we did.

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."

"Great stay. Room was great, clean and modern with a decent view. We started on floor 22 on the corner. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They even loaned us a travel card for the local trains and trams so we didn't have to buy one. Over and above, couldn't be happier."
