"One night stay with wife and daughter. Our booked 3 person room was not available so were given two adjoining double rooms instead. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Special shout out to the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again."

"I didnt know what to expect when i showed up to a college, but the room itself was spacious and the property/grounds were quite nice. If you can deal with being a short train/bus from main attractions (and a shared bathroom) then this place works"

"Great location hotel and very safe. It was a 5 min walk from Euston and Kings Cross stations. The room was nice and had a small bathroom, enough for a quick shower! No A/C or fan, so hot in the summer, but nice breeze at night. The breakfast was fabulous with full service and also basic cereal and toast if one didn’t want Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast. Location was fabulous and near Camden and pizza places and walking."

It is the best value hotel in Shepherd's Bush and the one with the best location - next to W12 shopping centre and cinema and Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield Shopping Centre. Staff are always lovely and sweet and super helpful, charming and polite. Fully recommend this charming, clean, stellar hotel. "
