John refused my entery. John cited the cities 28.day stay rules. I had checked out ! For 4.5 days, law says 2 days. John,.was.rude, unprofessional and NOT AN ADVOCATE of me !!!! His customer.!!.John does NOT belong in his role. His customer service is the worse ive ever experienced in the Hotels Business.

Cockroach in the bathroom. We planned to use the pull out couch, but there were no extra pillows or blankets when we called down to the front desk, the said they didn’t have any extra blankets. Only decaf coffee packets in the room. The lobby had coffee and tea. The room was a good size, with a full fridge and stove. The bed was clean and comfortable.
