Worst travel experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. Booked through Expedia and paid in full. Upon arrival they claimed it wasn’t paid. I showed proof it was paid. Even got on the phone with Expedia who verified with them that it was paid. Still refused to put us in a room for almost 2 hours. At this point it was after midnight when eventually they let us into a room, probably because my 15 month old baby was with us in the lobby and I was in tears. So I basically paid for a check in day that I was not able to check in on. They refused a partial refund for that day. At about 2am the power to the entire hotel went out. Bright emergency lights came on in each room. When power was restored all the lights in the entire room turned on and alarms went off. Next day we had to call maintenance because tv remote wasn’t working. Still was required to pay $70 in resort fees for this absolute miserable experience. Never once cleaned our room with a 5 day 4 night booking. Had to flag down service to get new towels. Overall just a terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here!
