The area had lots of places near by and the hotel was clean and relaxing. My biggest issue was the lack of experience at the front desk. It took over a half hour to check in. Apparently having computer problems which is understandable but the front desk clerk said they just kind of throw them in there. I got charged 5 different times for two rooms! I called and it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. Some clerks could find the issue, others couldn't. They couldn't figure out the difference between booking through Expedia vs hotel. So they said they refunded it, great. Well then I got charged AGAIN. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received all my money back. I'm a pretty patient person but this is just insane to me. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and disappointing.

Nothing unique it’s a typical La Quinta inn. The only thing I would say was very subpar was the breakfast. Not enough options and food tasted horrible. Other than that it was all good.

The website made it look good and I had never started in a La Quinta. The maintenance and upkeep of the room was not well done.

Rude check in staff. First room they put us in was under construction. Front desk response “I’m not house keeping.” Breakfast a joke. Running out of food by 0700 on a slow Tuesday morning? I will NEVER stay here again. Staff need customer service training.

At check in, I was given a key for an occupied room. This created an uncomfortable situation for the person in the room and for me. The staff gave me a new key but did not apologize for the error.
