Congress Plaza Hotel
No hot water was my biggest complaint ! Mostly old rooms even in the “updated” sections . It was clean- just old. If u are looking for a place to spend the night close to Michigan Ave then it fine but it’s not a fancy place by any means.

The one issue I had with the property was the couch had visible stains. I would recommend having the couch replaced.

Kasa South Loop Chicago
Apartment was advertised as non smoking and unfortunately was not. We asked to be moved and were sent an Ozone machine for odor removal. Hold on now, we are on vacation and now you want me to run a machine thst requires me to leave the room for several hours? We were finally moved to another property ...
