"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. That said, great location...

"Stayed on 3rd floor in separate property, in a small room (double deluxe) but despite size, had everything I needed. Unfortunately the blind in the roof was a bit broken, letting light in during the night and noise from a generator or something similar in the night was intermittent but quite loud. . Shower was good size but not very powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. Overall fine for a night, but probably wouldn’t want to book for longer in that particular room (304)."

"We loved the neighborhood. 5 min walk to Earl's Court station with many restaurants A 20 min walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Great linens/beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting London."

"The staff were outstanding as was the price for the prime location within the Marylebone neighborhood. The staff were available 24/7 and prepared excellent lattes and cappuccinos to stay or go. The only minor issue was the bathroom size and privacy."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Terrific location - just a block from Paddington Station. You can get to the room from the plane in one hour. No hassle. Room is smaller compared to the US but it is London and not Lubbock. The bathroom is also tiny. A/C worked great. No street noise. Terrific continental breakfast. Top class service. Super helpful & friendly front desk. Fast wifi. Has a mini fridge and a safe. No USB or power outlet next to the bed. Good overall value."
