En recepción muy bien todo, pero en nuestra habitación o faltaba el café o faltaba la cafetera, el minibar no enfriaba. "This was a great location to walk to interesting restaurants in town and to be able to hop on the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The room were modern, clean and we had hot water all the time. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help. This is not the location for the white sand beaches but they are a taxi ride away."

Breakfast was good and filling. Owner was responsive, actually proactive in communicating, making sure we were able to access the property easily, knew where we could go for dinner, etc...
