"Disappointing - have stayed at other Secrets Inclusive properties, this one neglected. Twice in visit, the elevator was broken. I took the stairs (60 up), because elevator was very small and after it broke, did not trust - stairs had no rails. Room was dirty: dust on ceiling fan and shelf behind the bed, hair balls left in our room (not ours). Walls were dirty, also in need of paint.
