"Lo único bonito la vista a la playa nada más , el lugar está muy descuidado , atenciones pésimas , el aire lo prenden a las 9pm con la calor que hace , luego lo apagan a las 8am este lugar no debería ser rentable menos a ese precio 👎, todavía sigo esperado la devolución de un día que no nos quedamos"

"This was a great location to walk to interesting restaurants in town and to be able to hop on the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The room were modern, clean and we had hot water all the time. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help. This is not the location for the white sand beaches but they are a taxi ride away."

"We spent a week here, it's an excellent location and beautiful views. The kitchen was sparse, but we weren't cooking meals, just snacks and coffee The appliances were new as well as the air conditioners. The staff were all lovely. It's summer so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It's very comfortable for a couple and within walking distance to town."

Breakfast was good and filling. Owner was responsive, actually proactive in communicating, making sure we were able to access the property easily, knew where we could go for dinner, etc...
