I arrived at the hotel just after 8 pm on Friday 14/11/14 to find it closed for renovation. I'd even received confirmation and an itinerary from you. Fortunately I was able to find another hotel within an hour. I've spoken to the hotel this morning and they tell me that they had cancelled their contract with you a few months ago and therefore you shouldn't be taking bookings. It also happened to a family last week but they had arrived during the day and so were directed to another hotel. Will you please respond to this email accordingly and confirm that my credit card hasn't been charged. I would certainly welcome your comments.
