"I think if you just want to stay for a night to catch an early flight or arrive late at night, this will serve a purpose. I myself would not stay here for more than a night. There's nothing around the area. In terms of safety, it is not gated thus anyone could just come right to your step and break in. No room service. Simple amenities. They did not even have a shower cap when I asked. No toothbrush or paste. The check-in staff was a bit careless, took my ID for verification but never returned...

"The hotel is steps away from the treasure chest casino which is a huge plus. "

"The rooms have always been clean, but some of the furniture in the rooms (suite, specifically, on my last visit) are dated, scratched up with wobbly legs… Most of the furniture in that suite should be removed—minimalism is the trend. I stay here often to fly out of New Orleans and will continue to book. Too bad updates aren’t feasible for this peroperty."

"The beds were not very comfortable and there was no way to plug the tub to take a bath, only a shower. Breakfast was decent and our room was clean, and the front desk was very nice and helpful when needed."
