The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you as you come and go, and they speak multiple languages too. You can even self check-in using a machine if that’s more comfortable for you. I love it here—give them all the business, they truly deserve it!"

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company.
