"I can't express how wonderful this place was to stay in! It's in Yotsuya which is a quieter neighborhood of Shinjuku. The property was immaculate and so comfortable and clean. I was so relieved and happy! I recommend to everyone! The shower pressure was amazing! The tv was easy to operate. For Americans.. watch the Haystack channel for good American style news coverage all day"

The property is brand new, and being central to a lot of places we wanted to visit, the location is awesome! We walked to the Pokemon Center DX in Ginza with no issues. "Incredibly helpful and polite staff! Quiet area with a lot of amenities near by."

"I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax."

"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."
