"Excellent easily accessible property. Within a block of entrance to Ginza line and konbini. Clean, spacious room with separate shower room and separate water closet, well-stocked kitchenette, and washing machines (a must during summer), ideal for families. Would recommend to others and stay there again. Keep in mind there is no large lobby with seating where you can wait to check in, and elevators are outdoors, and although covered, still hot during summer."

"the rooms were clean and the beds were comfier than any hotel we've been in theres a local grocery store right across the street but also within walking distance to 7/11. the front desk also has some really nice suggestions for eating around the area its also very quiet on the block and we didn't have any noise issues up on the 9th floor would absolutely stay here again"

"The size of the 2-bedroom apt was kind of smaller than we expected but it was cozy and comfortable for 5 of us. The sound insulation in the apartment was very good considered that this property was in the busy downtown area. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The things that we didn't like were lack of closet space and the toilet is in a separate tiny room (like small closet) than the bath and sink area.
