"Right on the slopes, with access to Goyru and Hakuba47. Great staff, nice rooms, cleaned daily. It was a small simple resort, it had everything we needed. No glam, no glitz, but service was great, food was good. Why more? I'm here to ski and snow board. And they had me at "Walk to lifts""

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"The room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good area to see Shinjuku. I like that there was a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel for quick food and drinks. I would recommend this place for adults, not families. I would come back again for sure."

"Wonderful place, closer to everything and transportation. They have basic breakfast, pastries, bread, nuts, plain yourgut , juice and coffee. They have donuts all day and free happy hour from 6-9pm. "

"The smaller sized rooms are perfect for solo travel. Constantly kept clean by the staff. Front desk was very helpful. The amenities including daily breakfast, vending machines and the laundry room are all great. Would rate higher if i could, especially for the price. 👍"
