I'm hesitant to even leave the review because I don't know if it was just our room or if they're all the same, but our issue was how hard the beds were and the pillows were horrible. They're short and thick so we both woke up with headaches and neck aches and I didn't sleep soundly throughout the night. Otherwise, its somewhat nice."

"Very unhappy with the room. Old and NOT wirth the price!! The handicapped (no one in the party was handicapped) Air Conditioning covered by a huge desk. Water pressure was bad. A dog barked all night the first night. My daughter could not sleep & we had to be up at 5:30AM to get to UCSD Volleyball Camp. It's was extremely expensive and my daughter was exhausted and has to play 7 hours if volleyball. I would NOT recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable."

"This hotel was a complete disaster. The property was run-down, the room was unclean, and the staff showed little concern when issues were reported. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"The hotel overall is run-down. The floors in the walkways are uneven because of water damage. The floors in the rooms are chipped and ripped. The beds were nice and the bathroom was nice. The parking garage was low and our truck couldn’t fit (which isn’t their fault) but finding on-street parking was very difficult and the roads are so narrow with parked vehicles that only 1 car could pass at a time. The continental breakfast consisted of a room as big as a closet with juice, tiny mini-muffins...

"The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"It was very clean. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was great for the kids and the restaurant on site was delicious and convenient. Not to mention the staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a really good place to spend a few nights."
