"Room was wonderful, clean very nice. However I spent couple nights away, when I came back, the stench of cigarette in bathroom was BAD! No cool if employees did that, we don’t smoke, so will I ever stay there? NO!"

"It was a beautiful stay. I loved that the pool is heated, the room is beautiful and there’s even a balcony. The hotel is close to the train so going around the city was a breeze. There is also shopping and restaurants close by. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again."

"The room I was assigned had a dirty bathroom. The shower and toilet seat area had hair. I repacked my things and went downstairs to ask for another room. The second room was better for my short wknd stay. The fire pit area was a nice place to enjoy my drink and conversations with others staying. The walk in the morning to Starbucks is short and easy and the free breakfast and coffee in the morning was convenient. It was great staying here, would stay again."

"Location is ideal. Staff excellent. Noise level was the biggest detractor in two ways; maids pushed cleaning carts across exterior patio that rattled and rumbled on concrete outside of our door, making it difficult to hear the tv or rest. This went on thorugout the day. Also, the Disney cruise was docked in the port, and this hotel appeared to be the hotel that accommodated guests before and after the cruise. We like kids, but for two concecutive days, we had some screamers on either...
