"The check in process is much smoother this time compared to last time when I was here visiting in July. We enjoy the waterpark both inside and outside beach. However, there were accident that yielded injury guest, most likely not following recommended rule, which shut down one of the best ride, raft rider. Hopefully, they can finish building the 2nd raft rider to accommodate more guests in the future. Would come back again. "
"The room was great! We stayed 4 days. I didn’t like that they don’t clean the rooms daily. Only every 3rd day. We paid for the most expensive room they had. I would have at least liked the trash removed and the beds made. "
"The property promised to be a Hyatt Place in Bricktown and it WAS a Hyatt Place in Bricktown. Only complaint is self park is $29/night everything else met or exceeded expectations. "

"Hotel is a little bit dated, but still nice to stay in. Bed was plenty comfortable, and hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was nice and refilled as items were used up. Overall we were happy with the location and the decision to stay at Governor Suites."

"Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful.
