"Management Staff were super rude and inattentive. House cleaning knocks on your door every 30 minutes till you check out in the morning. We were charged $16 for a bottle of iced tea. Wouldn’t be a terrible place to stay if staff was a little kinder, polite and respectful "

"I booked this facility for the heated pool and sauna. They were both out of order the entire time. I booked 2 rooms. We were advised to go to another property for pool privates. Never go back"

"the room had a smell to it. the bathroom was handicap accessible which is fine but the hand held shower made a mess all over the floor, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, the counter was very small and this is where the coffee maker was put making no counter space at all, no dish for the soap, the bed was ok. lumpy. i didn’t want to walk on the carpet without socks and they were filthy after walking around on it. the staff was nice but the room was not great. i would rather spend a little more money for a nicer room and experience in the future. "
