"We needed two extra pillows because the pillows were small flat, and too soft. I left with a sore neck and shoulders and not a great sleep. Otherwise, room a hotel were clean, staff was great, breakfast was awesome, AC was perfect and TV had a sleep timer which is a must! We will stay at a tru again."

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Very clean and well equipped room. My two adult children and I were very pleased with everything. Loved the use of the small kitchen which included a space enough to prepare a meal. The full complimentary breakfast they provided was a great addition to our stay. We each had a delicious choice of what we’d like to eat."

"The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two."

"Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

"Front desk staff was amazing. She appeared to love her job and she was great with the customers. Breakfast was included. It was a full bar and stayed opened until 10:00 for us late risers. Parking was never a problem."

"The location and staff were great. The room was very quiet at night. The furniture in the common area needs to be replaced due the stains. The bed in my room was ready for replacement, I could feel the springs/coils. The bed pillows were too soft, but plentiful. I liked the style of the room, and recommend you replace the current blinds(which are very effective) with blinds that can operate from both the top and bottom."
