"Had a short stay here but would absolutely stay again. The staff were all friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable, and also had black out curtains! I like that it was kind of tucked away from everything which made it a little difficult for my maps to find the correct way to get to the parking lot. However, once I did no problems at all."

"Okana is a super fun place for families, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park. The rooms feel almost brand new and were in great condition overall. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, coffee maker with coffee, and an in-room safe. My only concern is with some workmanship details that could become bigger issues over time. The sink faucet in our room was not tightened properly to the counter and wobbled, and the wall-mounted light above the nightstand was loose, rotating and falling out of position. If similar issues exist in other rooms, it could create a maintenance headache down the road. Management may want to have contractors go back through the property to tighten faucets, secure fixtures, and address these small installation details now before they turn into larger problems. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return."

"My room had bed bugs leading to my girlfriend having to literally trash everything she had in her bag because of that fact absolutely disgusting and unacceptable "

"Great Value. Clean, efficient, safe. Perfect for overnight stay with my dog and family member. Would stay there again. I like simple, good value and don't need alot of frills. This hotel fit my needs well. Be care ful getting the right hotel. There are a few in the area and signs aren't well marked."

"Biggest problems, the bed was not comfy and they probably need to replace some mattresses. The fold out couch bed was a joke. It looks like the mattress is from the 80s. Also, they do not have smart tvs so you can't stream anything and their channels are very limited. Who doesn't have smart tvs??? So, I guess the rooms are just outdated. It was clean though and the bar area was hopping. "

"My recent stay at this property was poor. The overhead light in the bathroom was broken, fortunately the light from the heat lamp worked and provided some visibility. The toilet seat was too small and the wrong shape (commode was oval, seat was round). There was no hair dryer or facial tissues. There were no clothes hangers for the closet area, when I inquired I was told "we don't provide hangers." There was no iron available (I went to Walmart and purchased a travel steamer). The TV didn't work-signal was never available. Carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to when I walked across the room. Ice machine was broken and the place where you would place the ice bin (if there had been one provided) was filled with trash. Vending machines empty and not working. Final insult was when a roach crawled across the bed. You might ask why did I stay the 2 nights? Because I had prepaid and was told no refund was available. I had just driven 10+ hours and could not afford to pay for this hotel and go look for and pay for another hotel. See photos."

"Such a cute hotel! In a little random of an area, however. Cute rooms, comfortable bed, adorable restaurant with good breakfast pastries and coffee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good experience and vibes! "
