Decent and good for the price
"overall, the Holiday Inn Express Guthrie was ok to good. The location is good, except the run-down motel right in front of it and the marijuana shop in front sets a not-so-great tone-but location to Guthrie and OK City and the Lazy E arena and Braum's was good. It was a little dingy here and there. ..."

"The rooms have a musty moldy smell. We talked to another visitor and they said the same. I think the air conditioner is cut off when not occupied so the units are mildewed."
