"Choices were good but the food was.not hot."

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."

"Staff was very rude made reservations and when time of checking says anything it means any time go at 7 and my room was giving away at 5 almost did not find a room for my family after having this one for almost a month saved"

"Everything was wonderful , room needs a little update , but the decor was authentic to NM and loved that an artist painted the art . Everything else was wonderful, staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you"

"The place was so clean and organized , loved the bedroom clean, modern and loved the turquoise color . Food was good in upstairs Bar."

"Breakfast was pretty typical, but was easy to access. We loved the 5:30 Kickback cocktail & snacks. We really enjoyed Jo, who was the very friendly bartender! We also received terrific help from the ladies at the front desk when we messed up our reservation, which they quickly fixed! Great location for easy access to Canyon Road, as well as the historic sites, restaurants & shopping!"

"Heard the loud elevators all night & fridge did not work"

"Its a good hotel for the most part theres a short hallway and a long hallway with no elevator at its end and only stairs. Makes for a long walk after you been doing the events they have there so go with the shorter numbers closer to the elevator. After like 9pm theres not alot to eat but down in the casino, so thats not very muxh fun to walk thur all that mess to eat."
