"Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff was communicative before we even arrived. To the delight of our 4 travelers (girls trip!) They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms! We had beautiful mountain views, thoughtful amenities, (robes were so great that we bought them!). The valet team was AMAZINGLY friendly and kind, best of any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled the world. Front desk team was patient and helpful. The restaurant was lovely. "The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Drury Plaza, the food was good and fresh, would have liked a variety of breakfast foods and favors.
My only complaint is I opted for the 3 day room cleaning, but did not receive it. The second week was only 1 cleaning after I stayed for a week. Total time of vacation was 13 days. Andrea"
