"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"No email response on early check in request - door locked and only able to get in within 2-5pm. Room was located 3 metres from reception so was v noisy with guests arriving/leaving. No physical keys provided - access by electronic keypad - due to a power outage I was unable to access the hotel - this is ridiculous. I had to bang on windows until another guest opened the door for me during a storm event. No communication from the hotel during or after. This is not acceptable. "
