"Clean room, helpful staff"

"They charged $100 more than it was showing on hotels.com. Said it is mandatory resort fees. We were given a handicap room which was fine until showering. The floor design completely floods the entire bathroom floor. Front desk staff were rude when we asked about the extra charges. We will not stay here again. I was excited to stay here being a huge rock n roll fan. Very disappointing! "

Lovely bar and restaurant, great large shuttle bus service for the parks, staff were friendly, had the best stay. Would always stay here now. "

"Hyatt Regency or Days Inn LAX ....it now offers the same low level of amenities...gone is the vibrant sports bar , gone is the fresh food market , no microwave, no electric kettle , no tea and no appeal."
