"This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"A great price for a convenient city centre hotel. The room was not big but absolutely suited us for a midweek overnight stay, comfortable bed, good powerful hot shower and tea/coffee making facilities for the morning. "We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return. "

"Great hotel in excellent location. All staff were really friendly and provided helpful information about the hotel's services. Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size and very clean. Quality bed linen and towels too. Plenty of choice of cooked and continental style breakfast items. Really great value stay. Will definitely be back for another stay."

"The room smelt a bit funny on arrival. Comfortable beds also lovely towels. Not a very good view from the room, we were on the fourth floor. Window needed refurbishing. No power from the shower. Brilliant breakfast & service. Good value for the money we paid. Great location. "

"Fantastic stay. Stayed for a wedding. Staff really welcoming and friendly throughout. Slightly difficult to find our room, but was lovely when we got into it.
