"The room was reserved with oceanview, and the view didn't disappoint. Sunrise and full moonrise were spectacular!!! The pool is nice and super clean. If your breakfast is included, it is two eggs made to your specs, some fruits, coffee, OJ. Or, you can order your breakfast and pay for it, and if you still have included breakfast, have that one packed for you to go. However, the property shows its age - either it is really getting old, or maybe the proximity to ocean ages it faster than the staff...

"This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...
