"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

"I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to."

"Horrible staff for responding for a safety issue. Fire detector kept ringing in the middle of the night due to battery being LOW. Staff said just remove it and we will replace it tomorrow. I said NO! It’s my safety AND LIFE AT STAKE HERE — what if there is fire tonight while I am sleeping? You wan to RISK MY LIFE?!” Staff was annoyed after replacing battery and started slamming doors 🚪 and staring at me looking mad . He just left and slammed the door! SO RUDE!"

"The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality."
